LEV testing and containment validation
Laboratory containment is a legal safety control. Our competent engineers carry out the tests that keep you compliant and, more importantly, keep your people protected.
LEV thorough examination & test
The statutory examination and test of local exhaust ventilation, including fume cupboards, required under COSHH. Face velocity and containment are assessed and formally reported by a competent person.
KI-Discus containment testing
A quantitative containment test for microbiological safety cabinets, using potassium iodide aerosol and a particle counter to confirm the cabinet is protecting the operator as it should.
DOP / HEPA filter integrity testing
Integrity testing of HEPA filters, seals and housings on laminar flow, biosafety and ductless systems, verifying the filter is capturing as intended with no leakage.
Biosafety cabinet testing
Full validation of Class I and Class II microbiological safety cabinets, covering airflow, filter integrity and operator protection, so the cabinet stays certified for use.
Compliant with COSHH, and CLEAPSS for schools
COSHH requires local exhaust ventilation to be kept in effective working order and thoroughly examined and tested at least every 12 to 14 months. School fume cupboards are also tested to CLEAPSS G9. We help you meet those duties with scheduled testing, clear reporting and any remedial work identified.

Decontamination & biohazard cleaning
Decontamination of forensic and laboratory equipment and biohazard cleaning, with emergency response available and the compliant, safe removal of hazardous materials, before servicing or before a unit is moved.
